I am Jeff Jenkins, a photographer based in Forest Hill, specializing in creative portraiture and cosplay. My portrait work runs on controlled, deliberate off-camera lighting and a genuinely collaborative process: dramatic, gelled, and gritty studio frames for performers and artists, plus clean, confident headshots for actors, founders, and teams.

We plan the concept together before the shoot day, and on set I build the light around you rather than dropping you into a preset. The finished image should feel true to you and to whatever you want it to say.
Sessions run out of Harford County and reach Bel Air, Jarrettsville, Havre de Grace, Towson, and Baltimore without a travel charge. I bring the lighting and direction. Unhurried, deliberate, and collaborative from the first frame.
Deliver
Edited images arrive in a private online gallery you can download in full resolution, typically within about 20 business days.
